Background: Highlander Contracting Company LLC was establed in 2002 and has extensive experience in the Plumbing/Mechanical/Electrical Contracting Business.

Meet the team:

Angela Dobbs Muir: Managing Member, President

Angela oversees all business aspects of the company. She manages the company's day-to-day activities, strategic planning, business development, financial management, and general administration. She is a 1992 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. She holds a Construction Industry Technician Certification from Clemson University. She is active in the Baltimore Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction.

Michael Dobbs: Member, Executive Vice President

Mike is responsible for project development in the plumbing/mechanical and process piping market. His responsibilities include project management. He has over 20 years of experience in the development and construction of a variety of projects including but not limited to: waste/water treatment facilities; HVAC design, construction, and retrofit; and plumbing design and construction. He has successfully managed over $50 million worth of Plumbing/Mechanical contracts. Mike is a State of Maryland Master Plumber/Gasfitter/HVACR Contractor.

Sean Dobbs: Member, Operations Manager

Sean is responsible for project development in the Electrical and Communications market. His responsibilities include project identification, estimating, procurement, and execution. Sean has over 11 years of experience in the design and installation of fiber optic networks. He was a key figure during the recent significant improvements made to the telecommunications infrastructure industry in the Baltimore and Washington area. He is certified and highly experienced in fiber splicing and testing.
